For the last fourteen years I have worked in the public health field, primarily focused on food safety, environmental health, and public health emergency preparedness. My experience includes work as an environmental health specialist inspecting food establishments for regulatory compliance, a certified ServSafe instructor and proctor for food protection manager training, and reviewing and implementing food safety plans including HACCP and other special processes.
I look forward to serving businesses and public health agencies throughout southern New England.
